The cover image of this EP, a map of Michigan, is a very apt representation of the sounds on the CD-R. It's not that someone outside of Michigan won't understand this music; these songs speak with a universal sense of soul and emotion, feelings that we've all felt, moods we've probably all been in. It's just that people in Michigan might better understand the "cold" theme. These also might be songs you sing out loud with friends in a bar, some of you trying to forget some things, some of you trying to remember.
